Elena is 29 years old. She was born in 1985 in Tashkent. Not married, no kids. An economist oil and gas companies (in 2009 graduated from the Moscow Oil and Gas University). In addition, she studied on a specialty TV presenter and attended lessons of directing and acting in the theater.

While still a student at University of Oil and Gas, Elena began to appear in small roles in television series and commercials. One day she had to play in the commercial role of Cinderella.

When Elena graduated from the university of oil and gas she took a job in the economic publication of the RBC Daily.

As a TV presenter for the first time she appeared on the cable channel Expert TV, there is conducted the author's program «New business with Elena Nikolaeva.» In 2013, he became the leading news channel RBC TV. In March 2014 she was invited to work for one of the major federal TV channels in Russia – «Russia 1». In July 2014 she made her debut as a presenter in the morning program «Morning of Russia».

Elena is engaged in fencing and yachting. She is interested in fishing.
